We currently use hesk (a simple php script) as our helpdesk which works fine but i wondered if anyone can sing any praises of GLPI helpdesk, or if they too found it slightly confusing? thanks
DMcCoy Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 I'm currently configuring it at the moment. I't not perfect, but the ocs-ng integration is very useful. I haven't actually got anyone using it yet, as it needs quite a lot of data entry to get going. It can be tough going at times as it's a fairly scalable inventory with helpdesk bits.
