use the whitepages and ring up bottle shops close to where he/she lives, most of them deliver these days, and if not, your sure to find one that will. Although from memory i do remember hearing that BWS does have a online purchase system (but i've never looked into it, so it might not be that true)

Using the white pages isn't much of a prob but ringing a few from the U.K. might be more of an expensive issue
