Can anyone suggest which laptop is going to be a better build quaility as we often buy HPs and Dells we are after 30 of these but are usnure which to go for we know that the HP is end of life but it meets our specification and is at a extremly good price where as the dell is more expensive a bit high spec I3 processor apposed to a Core 2 Duo. These are for teachers but they are going to be moving them between classrooms every lession unpluging VGa cables and plugging other bits and pieces in so we are after a robust one of the two pelase help

Many Thanks

I've always found the Vostro desktops to be of good quality and spec, although you have to add on on-site support when your purchase them. All in all though, nice and relaible.

We've just bought 15 HP 610's, they're very light but quite sturdy. Build quality is ok. They're also very easy to take apart for repairs unlike some laptops!

we just got 10 dell vostro 3500 laptops, they look really good, feel sturdy and arnt very heavy, we have a 5 year service contract with them at no extra cost through our support company, there better than the 1520 we got last time and havent got the numlock glitch the 1510 and 1520 suffer from.
