Motherboard extension cables?

Hi,

 

Got a bit of a problem with a PC I'm building for someone.

 

I'm trying to find some Motherboard Reset Switch/Power Switch/LED Extension Cables. Stupidly, the SFF case does not come with long enough cables to reach the Micro ATX motherboard. Duhhh.

Does anyone know where I can source these from? Can't seem to find them at Maplin or Micro Direct.
