MCTS - win 7 config

I've just brought some books and will soon be taking the exam. Who else has passed it and was it worth it?

Yeah, took it and passed it. Failed the beta though.

 

I'm looking at the MCITP: EDA7 track instead of the MCITP: EDST7 track

quick question; if i go on to to the MCITP enterprise admin, can i use the pass of the 70-680 for that and at the same time for MCITP enterprise desktop support tech?

The link I Posted aove lists all the reuiqred exams for that level of MCITP, eg if you Pass 70-680, and the 3 Server Admin exams (640, 642 & 646) you only need to do 643 and 647 to get the Enterprise Admin certification

Done the 70-685 on Friday and just passed. Booked it on the wrong week, being the first week back, and all the headless chickens asking for support phased me, but I suppose thats my job Was torn between the 685 and 686 but went for the easier option.

congrats, i've put mine on hold for a bit as work is manic, but will be looking to do mine in jan now i think.

passed it, and very worth it. One of the most useful exams i've done in fact. Worth looking at the material for 686 before you sit 680 as well, just to see how if fits together and because ms often sneakily test for how the actual subject area interacts elsewhere.
