SimpleSi Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 It might just be me but recently, maufacturers seem to be being really inconsistant with model numbers and actual specification. They seem to bring out a model with a certain spec - then later on they make some fairly fundemental changes (especially battey spec and wireless but inclduing things like 3G/bluetooth) and just alter the model from an ABC371.523.d to an ABC371.523.e (Which is not something you'd notice if you ordering what you think is called an ABC371!). So watch out if you order a batch of netbooks and then shortly afterwards order what you think is the same machine but isn't. regards Simon
powdarrmonkey Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 They look suspiciously like Acer part numbers...
SimpleSi Posted April 26, 2010 Author Posted April 26, 2010 I've experienced it with Acer and Samsung
