Hey this is good news....

first prosecution in court:

Defence: "m-lud, this case has no bearing as the information was collected illegally"

Prosecution: "it was done in the confines of the law"

Defence: "the law states that the information to be collected is the intellectual property address, which, technically is my client's publishing house. It does not allow for collection of Internet Protocol Address, thus pinpointing my client's computer system"

Prosection : "feck."

Did anyone else follow people's Twittering ( Twitter ) and see that by the end of the session looking into this bill, there were only about 10 MPs still there (there were only about 30 to start with)?!
