The company has gone into administration and the owner is financing a skeleton operation whilst trying to sell the 'new' company. No wonder they are trying to put the price up 35%! You need to be asking them what you are paying for? Will the software be supported for the year? If so, by who? If the company can go into administration with the financial investment they have had I would not want to be giving them one more penny. Read this, very interesting...
