We use the IMF at work with Sophos Puremessave AV & AS, the IMF works a treat, you are best following the MSFT guidance for setting it up as its "test" period for what levels to set are good, and worked well. For the moving to Junk options, you must ensure that your clients are set to work in Cached Mode on the clients (ours were not as most of the Outlook users are back from Exchange 5.5 days) But its very good and works well. I do find its not perfect - blocks e-mails from big companies that I need like Support Information from Sophos, and has been known to be "selective" at letting quotes through, mine did not like Dell or Fujitsu, but liked CCL and RM.

Also to confirm Exchange 2003 CALS do include a licence for Outlook 2003, although in 98% of our users, they use the web access or in a very small select location they use Exchange 5.5 client!!!!!!
