NEC VT59G lamp timer refuses to reset

Hi All

 

We have an NEC VT59G projector that refuses to reset the timer following lamp replacement.

The unit was run right up to the time it did its auto shutoff. At present both leds are lit, holding down the help key on the remote has no effect (the remote has been tested on another projector and works fine) - I presume that after the required 10 seconds of keyholding the lamp should come on?

 

Anyone got any ideas on this please.
