how to disable the right click on standalone pc for a user

In a standalone pc how do u disable the roght click, remove the shut down button for user not for administrator?

Use Windows Steady State, you can do those things and more. It's free and quite easy to use.

You need to use a local group policy (go start -> run -> gpedit.msc). Then its best to protect it with something like steady state or a another harddrive freezing app.

i did try the group local policy but i coudnt do it only for users but administrator account.

i need to do it only for users.
