Link2ICT Issues

Just wanted to know if any other large schools are having what seems to be a caching issue from the service provided by BGFL/Link2ICT?

 

After we called them apparently all large schools are having this issue however just wanted other views/opinions and details

Seems ok here as well, but I've not got many users on at the moment.

 

It depends who you get through to, sometimes they are great, other times.....

There is a JANET issue related to theft of copper cable in the midlands area ATM IIRC.

 

Not sure if that will affect you.
