Can anyone help, im trying to access the edugeek chat and its not working

 

I have tried all 3 programs suggested in the chat page but none of them connect!! In the past the only one that i have had working is pandion but i cant see where to put the proxy settings in the new version!

 

Errors im getting are invalid name or server not reachable.

The instructions on the chat page are a bit out of date - the server is called chat.edugeek.net and you need to log in with your @chat.edugeek.net on port 443.
