Exch2k3SP2: OWA calendar renders wrong times on user's PC

When one of my users accesses his calendar from his home PC via OWA, his calendar times are wrong. For instance he has appointments showing at 3am. When viewed in school over OWA, the times appear correct.

 

I've asked him to ensure his regional settings and Windows Update settings are correct: they are. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this? Are there any runtime files that are used on the client side for this part of OWA?

Hmm, a possibility. I'd have thought he'd checked this when he checked the regional settings, but I shall definitely ask.
