[ms office - 2007] Outlook refusing to load

I've actually got a fix for this one having suffered this after messing with my home network "My Documents" redirect yesterday...

 

The error messages I got were:

The store C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost is being reconciled with the indexer for the following reason: The store was last opened on a different machine.

 

cannot start microsoft office outlook. cannot open the outlook window

 

 

The fix was to run:

Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

 

It may be important or not but I also paused indexing on Google Desktop for an hour too.
