andyturpie Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 Good morning ladies and gents, Looking into creating a disaster recovery plan for the school here. We have 4x domain,1xsims,1exchange and 2xTerminal Servers for thin clients in the ICT suites. We are an RM School on CC3 and back up daily weekly to tape only. We have had RM come in and quote over 15k for a SAN system which would make us disk to disk to tape, but surely a couple of NAS boxes dotted around the school with mirrored RAID should suffice? Whats your backup solution and what did it cost to implement if I can be so cheeky to ask? Andy T
