CC4 Login Time Poll

Please could you state what your worst login times are for PCs on your CC4 network and what spec they are please?

 

These are login times from the gina and not cold boot times.

Yep, its getting silly really.... the same PC on our admin network logs on in 16 seconds - CC4 3 Mins +

2-3mins on a toshiba pro a300 laptop intel core 2 duo. 2gb ram 250gb hdd, xp cc4 and it was wried into the wall and not using the wireless at the time.

The first 1gb of memory of any pc/laptop on a cc4 system is just used for their backgroud processes, coupled with us having many RM Ones with 1gb, means by the time the system has booted up the cpu light is flashing like mad and any other programs you want to start take ages, if another words very frustrating!!
