XP mode on any version of 7

Just in case there's anyone wanting to use XP mode but have found themselves with a version of 7 that does not support it or has a CPU without virtualisation support, here's what looks like a neat solution. I've not tested yet but it looks sound.

Note: if you don't have Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise you need a separate XP license to do this. If you do have an eligible version, you still need a separate license to do it this way; the only way you are automatically licensed is through the Microsoft way.

Only prob was in trying to get an Hp CLJ 2605dtn to work properly under Win7!! (will only print in B&W!)

but the actualy Virtual XP is working 100% - and the finance officer loves it too
