6Foot2 Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 (edited) As a boy I thought that The Day The Universe Changed and Connections [James Burke] were great and not to be missed. Here is a link to a YouTube site: Link: YouTube - Kanal von JamesBurkeWeb This site allows you to watch 'The Day The Universe Changed' and 'Connections' [unfortunately each program is broken up into sections of around 10 minutes each. However there is an autoplay feature and the interruption is not too bad once you get settled into watching the segnments] Other links of interest on the site: An Independent Student-based Group called NSIT has posted FREE Science Lectures right here: NSIT Lounge Educational Lectures Free Books on Advanced Mathematics: Free Mathematics Books Freebase: Search 12 million interconnected topics: Freebase - Guides - Introduction Edited February 21, 2010 by 6Foot2 Adjust thread title and amend post content. 1
mattx Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 I've got connections [ put it on our video play out system at the school - which is a waste as not may people have actually heard of this !! ] - and if it's available to view streaming I can't see why DLing it is a problem so: Connections James Burke ? isoHunt ? the BitTorrent & P2P search engine
