Managed Printing Solutions

We are currently looking at getting a managed printing solution. I am interested to know if any one else uses them. They're called ethos?

Yes we've been using them for about 3 years now and they have always been very good with us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

 

I'm not sure how afluent they are in the education sector so not sure how many responses you'll get, but surely Wes our word should be enough for you

This is there new website: Ethos - Document Solutions

 

We deal with a guy called Dan Skitt, who does a very good job and always helps us out.. with the amount of money we have gone over on printing they have still managed to find away to make it easy for us to budget for and we still get the top of the range kit installed. cannot fault them!

 

The only issue for us was finding the time to get the meter readings but they now have a system that automtically sends this data to them and orders toner/drums etc when required so we dont have to worry about it anymore.

 

More than happy to pass on our contact to you, or visa versa

Anyone else use them I just need good and bad points of view from anyone just to justify going down this route (Loads of good aren't as useful as one bad after all)
