Edu-IT Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 How do your MX records work? Do you have a different domain name for your Exchange setup and your *.sch.uk address still pointing to EMBC? That what I was wondering, sorry. Since we have an Exchange on site I've never created EMBC email addresses as they wouldn't work. I assume these were in place for you before you got your Exchange and you're probably using a seperate domain?

The EMBC address is completely different (not actually sure what it is off the top of my head!). It came with my EMBC login for WAT and stuff (as it was then - now SUMS). My main site has had an exchange box set up for quite a long time - meaning EMBC never set emails up for us - they just provide the connection. Edited February 10, 2010 by korifugi damned spellung!

So in theory you should never get mail to the EMBC setup as there won't be an MX record for it.
