Flash deployment and active X confusion...

One of our ICT rooms is complaining that the flash version is not up to date to run MyWorks through Moodle...

 

We already deploy Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX via a GPO

 

so I thought it would be simple enough to deploy the full flash player...I presume they ARE different items...

 

However when I click the link below

 

http://www.adobe.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_msi

 

it just downloads the file install_flash_player_10_active_x

 

is that right?

 

am i missing something?

Adobe only do one version of Flash Player plug-in for IE so that would be the full version anyway.

 

I use the same URL as you do to download the .msi.
