The new IPad! Just a big Ipod touch?

Hi Guys,

 

Isn't the new IPad just a massive version of the ipod touch? just with HD screen quality?

 

To me it seems like a ipod touch for people with disabilities who need a bigger one!

 

What are your thoughts?

There is a bit of a upset about the name as apple does not actually own it.

Personally, I think a big iPod Touch is exactly what was needed. Time will tell, but I think it's going to be the perfect format for web based apps and low bandwidth wireless connectivity in schools. Apple seem to think so and they get it right more often than wrong
