VPN Connection from Inside

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way to test a VPN connection while inside the network to which you are connecting?

I've upgraded the firmware on a router on the vpn doesn't work so just wanting to try it when at work.

Yeap, the machine just needs to be able to access the port that serves the VPNs so if you have an internal server at say 172.16.1.1 mapped for VPNs from outside just connect to that internal address in the VPN dialer. If it is on a seporate ip range and network segment get a laptop and plug it into the appropriate place to allow it to talk directly with the VPN serving port.
