What are the cost of consumables on those printers? are compats/remans available?

 

What one would you recommend for an ICT Suite with 40 computers in it?

Sorry forgot to add yet compats are available for around £200 for a set of high capacities..they are still very new so stock is a bit low, but they are available!

Just got 2 of these from Thomas after having a unit on trial for a week. Build quality is very good (though the unit itself is very heavy!) and speed/quality were fine.

 

Time will tell if they are up for the job!

Ping me over some details - the crappy Lexmark in the accounts dept. is really starting to get my goat. Looking for:

* colour (color will do in a pinch ;))

* scan

* fax

* must not say "lexmark" or "epson" anywhere

Just got ours, and it seems to be making the nest of accounts wasps fairly pleased. Thanks Vic.

 

Now we need to figure out how best to set up scanning for a bunch of users, as scan-to-email isn't as good an option as on the cacky lexmark. Not that scan to email was much fun in the first place.
