Regex for hotmail attachments

Hi,

 

I've switched IP address blocking on on our NG, and we're now getting issues with Hotmail attachments. It looks like (for some stupid reason) Hotmail likes to try to use the IP address to grab the attachment ie http://IPADDR/get/getattachment.aspx

 

I think I could get round this by using a regex URL, but it'll take me a while to work out what I need to put. If anyone has this regex URL, or can work it out quickly (I'm really not all that good with regex) or another way round it, could you let me know.
