pwds Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 Was our first Bett so good to see everyone at the stand - great intro to the show and made really welcome. Pizza and good convo. Thanks everyone.
6Foot2 Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 Have to sign into Facebook to see this. Perhaps a little ironic considering this thread: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/general-chat/46635-deleted-my-facebook-account-4.html It means that I cannot see the takedown because I refuse to join FaceBook. I am not complaining here just making an observation.
secretlife Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 I know I deleted my account too so I can't see it either
robk Posted January 17, 2010 Author Posted January 17, 2010 I have set the facebook permissions to public, so had hoped with facebook's current security, (or lack of it) it should be visable to all. Will give it a try. There is a embed option, but I don`t think I have rights to do that on here.
AWicher Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 Great use of duct tape. As a handle! Have to remember that. Thanks for the mug And now have my next year mission, get an edugeek lanyard! Also the LED laser projector. WOW, that was amazing. Good recommend there. Looking forward to #educonf2010 now, not to stress you hard working edugeek organisers.
AWicher Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Why have I only just found this today!! Your Omnipotence is reduced by 1! Role the dice again.

Hasn't Mike got some even better footage showing more ingenious usage of Duct Tape...?
Gatt Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Anyone else notice that for most of the first half of the video Tony appears to be lurking as everyone else dismantles the stand After that he does seems to get his hands dirty though
GrumbleDook Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Benefits of being retired ... it means i get to make comment on others doing the work BETT was *SO* relaxing this year ... wasn't it, DB?

I didn't make a handle out of Duct Tape who did? I used it to strap on the Sun Ray accessory boxes to the bottom of the SR boxes on each one and wrap it all the way round them so you can use the built in handles to carry them on El-Tube
