Site looks screwy?

I cant for the life of me work out why my site hs started to look odd. Guess ts CSS related but I have no ideas?

Looks like the font size has been increased in the CSS file. Guessing the CSS file also needs chaing for the position of the menu bar.

There is also a 1 in the top left hand corner of the homepage.
