Student enrolment in Moodle

Hi all

 

I am enroling my students in courses, but when they click on the courses they get the following:

Even though their profile says they are enroled in the course.

 

Why is this? Is there any way I can switch this off? It's really fustrating. I'm enrolling them using an external DB.

Hi Richard,

 

Have you checked to see if the users are in the external db table and the associated id is in the idnumber field of there profile?

 

is the course they should be enroled on a meta course?
