Just fdor your info. If anyone gets this error message then you need to do this reg fix. It seems to have started since the last MS update.

For 32-bit versions of Windows

There are indeed issues caused by the MS Updates.

Jist of it is to remove that MS upgrade from your PC will solve the issue. Needs to be done on all PCs to run Word reports. Done yesterday and works fine now.
