we have just had an all staff email telling us all about a new "green" search engine, ecosia. I can see how donating 80% of their profit to the rainforest will help, but this video ( Wie es funktioniert - Ecosia )also seems to be saying it is not enviromentally friendly to use google / yahoo because of their server farms but underneath you can see it is powered by bing and yahoo?? the links also go through msn.com so surely they are all making a profit?
