I am trying to find a way for the data manager to be able to run a report to see a list of aspects that have missing data, ie if a teacher has not given a pupil a grade, however, I can run a report with is not null on result but if I change this to is null it brings back no records, even though I know some pupils do nt have grades.

 

 

ANY HELP is appreciated.

This question is probably better on SupportNet... When you run the is not null report, does it bring up the null/blank ones too?

I think it's basically impossible using standard SIMS/reports, I spent ages trying and ended up raising a Supportnet ticket which agreed !

 

We were running progress checks and wanted to know who had incomplete sets but you can't do this, if Johnny is doing French he should have French grades, if not doing Spanish he would show as having Spanish grades missing (which is useless).

 

It needs some way of know what is missing from what the individual student should have, I'm waiting for response to an escalation of the ticket.
