russdev Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Does anyone here use Daily Burn to track nutrition and fitness etc. Just gone back to it after using other services (mainly because of the Iphone apps they have). Just wondering do people use it here? Russ
Edu-IT Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 (edited) track nutrition and fitness etc I'm not sure it'll track much for me walking to/from the car. Edited December 1, 2009 by Edu-IT

Dom_ Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Thanks for the site, I hadn't seen this before - but will probably give it a go now! I've had 4/2267 calories today due to 2 spoons of coffee earlier... :-)
russdev Posted December 1, 2009 Author Posted December 1, 2009 Well that is why should buy a Wii-Fit . I used several websites in past but the Iphone apps make life lot easier for me hence why moved back to Dailyburn (saying that the Food Scanner App is not in UK store so have to use a USA account to buy it). I decided must start up again excessing (being that Christmas is coming up) as got out of the habbit. Russ
russdev Posted December 1, 2009 Author Posted December 1, 2009 Don't have to scan So can go on website and search for the product and add it. Use Iphone App to add it by searching. Use the foodscanner app to scan or search for it (which it lot easier and scanner app is very good). The point of these websites is not calorie counting but to make you aware of what you are eating.
russdev Posted December 1, 2009 Author Posted December 1, 2009 You have to scan the food you eat? Sod that! To be fair you are young enough not to worry about at moment you just wait Russ
CAM Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 Most of what I eat on my break doesn't even have nutritional info on it. What do you do about those? (i.e, newsagent sandwiches).
russdev Posted December 1, 2009 Author Posted December 1, 2009 (edited) They should have it on them unless its made up in store for you?? But if not you can create a new item and estimate based on what is in it etc Russ Edited December 1, 2009 by russdev
