Winter sun and the IWB`s

This is causing no end of trouble as the projectors get washed out by the sunshine and SMT wont cough up for new blinds or the rooms with blinds have sligh crack so a strong beal slowly moves across the boards through out the day.

 

I was wondering if anyone had some creative solutions to this problem?

Paint the windows black?

Buy brighter projectors

Hang a black-out sheet over the problem windows

Stand a large pupil where the sun is shining to obstruct it reaching the board (Punishment)

Catch a cloud and put it just outside the window (You asked for creative)
