Boddison Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 when i turn on my computer it always comes up with the boot options (safe mode, normal, etc...) however i have tried all options a number of times and even after leaving it off overnight but it displays the windows startup logo (Running on XP) then the blue screen flashes up and then the computer just re starts. the blue screen flashes too fast to see whats on it. i do not have a restore disk or O/S disk. HELP!
apeo Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 Not having a restore disc or OS disc is gonna be a problem.. but is this a branded pc? how old is it?
andrew_91090 Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 this is normally a case of new installation of either hardware or software. Have you installed anything lately? 1
Ignatius Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 Is there an option to stop it rebooting after the error on the Advanced Startup screen? That would allow you to see the BSOD and read the stop error.

Boddison Posted November 26, 2009 Author Posted November 26, 2009 I did it, i "Skanked" an XP disk and it helped restore my PC, turns out it was because of some software that was improperly installed. Thanks all!
