seaking mount / shot throw projectors?

we had some brak ins before. we never had short throws. security concern which is better on security short throw/ celing mounted? need some advice please.

It would depend how heigh the ceiling ones would be I would guess, If you could mount the ceiling ones very high and use a good angle on them then they would be less likely to be stolen, if they would be low mounted then its as broad as it is long. You can get projector security cages to put on and around them, as well as setting special PIN codes on them for when they are removed from the mains they won't work without the pin code which may also deter thieves.

Yea, it does depend on the ceiling height but either way you can get some good security projector mounts. Edited December 6, 2009 by Dos_Box
