Network Print Sniffer tools

Hi Guys,

 

Does anyone have a freeware network printer sniffer as we are looking to move to a metered print system in school and we would like to give the company accurate info as to which printers have printed the most pages etc. I saw one in action from a rival company who visited our school but for love nor money can remember what it was called lol.

 

Any help would be appriciated:D
