I'm a newbie to Joomla, site nearly ready to go live. Testing the Contact Us / Send us a Message module it looks like the message has been sent but it never arrives at our Admin office nor does a copy arrive to the sender. Any obvious setting I have to work on?

Can't remember exactly coz it's been a while since I've done anything there but make sure you have your mail settings correct in the global configuration menu

Is the site hosted by SWGfL? Or somewhere else?

I've got a feeling that in the PHP.ini file there is a mail setting that needs to be enabled. Sometimes this can be done by putting a custom PHP.ini file in the folder for Joomla (I had to do that the other day to get Moodle to run on my hosting).

Cheers,

Steve
