Exchange 2007 Moss 2007 offline

Is there a way to add calender entries using outlook which is conected to exchange 2007 when offline.

 

Need deputy head to get access to school calendar while she is on a course with no internet access

 

calender is on Moss 2007 she can syn with outlook 2007 but when i tried to make changes offline it says you must be connected to perform this action

 

Is there easy / good a way round this problem
