active studio crashes on cc4

hi has any one had this fault every time we shut down active studio it crashes, the task won't end and will not re open until the pc is rebooted, we are running a CC4 network and I have a feeling it's proberbly somthing to do with security permistions on the pc as it works ok for admin users any one got any ideas what this might be before I start messing about thanks

We also have this issue on our CC4 network. So far no permissions alterations have fixed the problem. We have Activ Inspire insead of Studio, but assuming its the same issue we have found that updating to the latest release fixes the problem. we are on the latest release of active studio I am wondering if windows updates or IE8 may fix it ? as the machines are cc4 and don't seen to ever get updates even tho its setup the RM way

Do you use Activ Inspire at all? As far as I am aware Activ Studio was withdrawn a few months back and replaced with Activ Inspire. That might be worth a try?
