Disabling the second Shutdown Screen

Hi all,

 

I've got redirected start menu and desktops for users and the only two option are log off or shutdown which is great. The problem is when they click shut down it still brings up the windows shutdown box which allows them to restart/standby/log off. How do I disable that second box so it just does what the user clicked in the first place?
