timbo343 Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Hi all Im having a problem sending mail to all the feeder schools in our area. The mail justs sits in our exchange 2003 server and keeps retrying, but doesnt get sent. The domain is n-yorks.sch.uk. Has anyone else had trouble sending to a specific domain? if you have did you resolve it and how? Ive looked on forums and it seems to me other people have issues with sending to specific domains but it doesnt tell me how they solved it?? Ive rung county and they said that someone will get back to me... haha.. that will never happen. Can anyone help? Thanks Tim
Ric_ Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Have you used nslookup to check that you can resolve their dns names?

Geoff Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Your DNS is incorrectly setup. Do you have the primary schools DNS setup in your DNS? We use stub zones here.
timbo343 Posted September 19, 2006 Author Posted September 19, 2006 ah ok... errmm. i dont have the primary schools DNS.. the trouble is we have about 12 feeder schools... so how does the stub zone work then??
