UPS Network Shutdown and DAS/NAS units

Ok folks,

 

Question time!

 

Im just setting up APC network shutdown for my APC UPS...all is going well but i've come across a problem. One of the servers has a MSA60 DAS attached to it which would also need to be shutdown gracefully in the event of a powercut (we had one at weekend and it wiped the array, luckily it was blank anyway) So my question is how would i set this to shutdown also? there is no OS that i can install the shutdown software to on DAS? I also have a MSA2000 SAN which is in the same situation as the DAS

 

Any ideas?
