I've just been looking at foundation degrees and don't see any nearby that would be any interest to me so I'm looking at MCP's for my technician and I.

Am I right in thinking that I can pick any M$ course do a single exam and that makes me an MCP in that particular one i.e 70-290 Managing and maintaining a windows erver 2003 environment?

Employer won't pay for full blown mcsa/mcse but as we all have a right to training I thought this would be good.

Anyone have any sites we can buy into with online cbt for these courses as individual ones rather than full mcse courses?

Thanks,

Ben

One exam is all you need for MCP. If you really want a qual and they wont spring for MCSA theres some lesser qual above MCP and below MCSA I think now.

I'm looking at buying into the online training from:

http://www.sandline-learning.co.uk/

£299 buys you 12 months access to all the MCSE courseware or £299 for the MCSA so I'm thinking that we could buy into the MCSE courseware as it covers more than the MCSA.

Plan to do at least 1 and preferably the four exams needed for MCSA and then convince them to stump up for the other 3 exams for mcse or pay for those myself.

Couldn't get on the Prometric site yesterday to look at cost of exams due to web filter but what are we looking at per exam £100'ish?
