Do you feel 'cleansed' when all the servers have had their updates and everything's patched? Especially all the ones Microsoft sent out yesterday

"harried" is the term I'd use while - judging the balance between patching in a timely manner and waiting just long enough to ensure there's no "it breaks $foo" outcry on the technical forums.

 

At least Adobe bothered to finally push out a full version of reader in the latest patch.
