Hi Guys!

We currently run 8 AP's throughout the school and over the holidays the builders have unplugged and lost 2, so the wireless is a bit "wobbly" at the moment but the strangest problem has been happening with teachers losing connection to the entire network about 12. Very strange how it’s always 12, any ideas?? Because I am stumped!!

Cheers!

Plugged one back into a timer switch somewhere? (Sorry, maybe a bit too obvious!)

Did you have any timed disconnects set up before the hols - could the time be out of whack?

What authentication method are you using for wireless?

Can you please elaborate on "wobbly"?

When the clients are disconnected view the logs on the ZoneDirector what do you see?

AP's loosing heartbeats? Clients roaming aggressively?

Regards

Stuart

Hi

I know this will sound silly but are the kitchen staff using something like a microwave that will drown out the wifi. I know that when her in doors uses ours it breaks mine at home.
