oalcock Posted September 30, 2009 Posted September 30, 2009 I am experiencing this very annoying issue with my Windows Vista Desktop PC! Everytime I try to install something, I get "Invalid Drive X 1327" error. I believe it can be sorted using regedit but what do I look for and how to I sort it. Is there a batch file that can sort it or a patch? Thanks
qubixtech Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I've experienced a similar problem when it came to burning a CD/DVD. It turned out that the firmware on the CD/DVD drive was to blame, once I'd upgraded the firmware the error went away. May be worth looking at new firmware for your drive, if you are still getting the problem?
oalcock Posted October 5, 2009 Author Posted October 5, 2009 Thanks for that, It wasn't the firmware on the CD Drive, the path on the my document settings were set wrong. Thanks for your help anyway
