Disabling Intel Wireless Adapter Power Management via Registry?

We have just set up and installed 45 laptops for use with our new Trapeze Wireless Managed System. However, we were having intermittent troubles with the connection dropping. We found that the Intel Wireless Adapter had a setting in device manager called "Power Management" that allowed the device to be turned off to save power! As soon as we disabled this, the laptop no longer dropped out.

 

Is there a way I can deploy a "fix" using a registry tweak to make a long annoying job a not so long annoying job?

There is another one as well that put some fames into look at power saving they can cause problems.
