Is there a way of converting cd audio tracks to something that will play through a computer? I have some language CDs with lots of tracks but the classroom cd player is broken.

Insert CD, open media player, click the "copy from cd tab", tick the tracks you want to copy, and hit 'copy music'.

In tools you can pick what you want them saving as, where you want them putting, and how you want them naming (tools > options > copy music) As long as quality is above 128Kb you should be fine...

(This is media player 9 - It's what I've got to reference from, other versions are similar)

Tried to follow that - 'cept my version of Media Player doesn't seem to have a copy from CD tab :(

I've tried the Rip tab but it just keeps rejecting the CD - must be doing something wrong here. Sorry to be a pain.

Thanks Guys - I've borrowed a CD player from the classroom next door for now they will have to share. I'll have a good look at it all tomorrow.
