ICT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Full time

Incremental salary range NJC 11 – 13 (£15,570 - £16,663)

 

The successful applicant will join us at a crucial time in our ICT management expansion. Joining a team of talented ICT professionals the main duties of this key role in the team are:

 

 

• Daily operation of the service desk and diagnosing computer problems
  
• Assigning work to technical staff
  
• Monitoring service desk operations
  
• Identifying recurrent problems and create pro-active resolutions and processes
  

 

Interested candidates should possess at least 2 years experience of working in ICT support or hold a relevant qualification (HND, degree or an equivalent professional qualification).

 

Position would be offered subject to an enhanced CRB clearance and reference checks.

The school is a cracking school, fantastic staff and good kit.

 

The IT Support team are fun to work with and I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

it wasn't 2 years exp + HND it was 2 years OR HND which I think is fair enough
